Terms of service

These terms apply to the Draven marketing site at getdraven.com and to the Draven application at app.getdraven.com, both operated by Vaillant LLC. By using the site, joining the waitlist, or creating an account, you agree to them.

How we handle your information is covered separately in our privacy policy.

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date. We may change the product, the plans, or the timeline before launch. Any pricing shown on this site is indicative and not a binding offer.

You need an account to use Draven, and access is currently by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@getdraven.com if you believe someone else has access to it.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you may not use Draven if we have previously suspended your account.

Draven is early software provided to a small group of testers. Features will change, break, and sometimes disappear. There is no uptime commitment and no service level agreement. We may change or discontinue any part of it, and we may end your access, at any time.

Do not rely on Draven as the only record of anything that matters to you. Keep your own copy of important work.

You keep ownership of everything you put into Draven and everything Draven reaches on your behalf, including the content of any account you connect. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit that content only so far as it takes to operate the product for you. We describe exactly who processes it in the privacy policy.

Draven is built on a language model. Its output can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken, and it may misread your mail, your calendar, or your documents. Review what it gives you before you rely on it. Nothing Draven produces is professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Draven can also act on your instruction, including sending mail, creating and changing calendar events, and writing to documents. Those actions are taken as you and are your responsibility. Check what you are asking for before you confirm it.

Connecting a Google account is optional. Your use of Google services stays governed by your agreement with Google, and Draven acts only within the access you grant. You can withdraw that access at any time from inside Draven or from your Google account settings.

Do not use the site or the application to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to disrupt them, or to scrape them at a scale that degrades them for others. Do not use Draven to send unsolicited bulk mail, to break the law, or to handle content you do not have the right to handle.

Do not attempt to extract the underlying prompts or model behaviour, resell access, or use the output to build a competing product. We may remove submissions, suspend an account, or block access if we believe any of this is happening.

The Draven name, logo, site copy, design, and the software itself are owned by Vaillant LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Product and company names mentioned here belong to their respective owners.

You can stop using Draven at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the product. If we end your access without cause, you can ask us for a copy of your data first.

The site and the application are provided as is. We do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error free, or accurate, and information may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Vaillant LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the application, including any loss arising from an action Draven took on your instruction or from output that turned out to be wrong.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell the email address on your account.
